What is ZENBUU?
ZENBUU is a truly unique and innovative do-it-yourself management tool to help you grow and sustain your business and its performance. It tackles the age-old challenges that every business owner faces, that of lacking time, knowledge, skills, and resources to do everything that they know needs to be done.
We have designed it exclusively to help business owners and operators to continuously grow and improve the performance of their business by following three simple, yet effective, steps:
- Review. Assess and benchmark your business performance against "best practice"
- Plan. Using our planning tools and the site, we help you focus on taking small steps every 90-days
- Act. Accessing the website' resource libraries, collaborating with your peers, working with our partners, and engaging business specialists and advisors to successfully bring about change and achieve results within 90-days
Why do businesses need ZENBUU?
For more than 13years now we have been working with owners and operators of small and medium sized businesses, and most face the challenge of not having sufficient time, knowledge, skills, and resources to do everything that they know they need to do to improve their business' performance.
We've found that most business owners are the "technician". They created the business by using their subject-area knowledge and skills to successfully carve out a market opportunity. As time passes the technician finds themself at the centre of a successful business, and often needing to draw on business management skills and knowledge that they may not have. This is further complicated by the sheer fact that most small - medium sized businesses don't have the depth of resources (people, money, and intellectual property) available to larger businesses. And, to top things off, the business owner severely lacks time to work on the business - as they find themselves continuously working in the business.
As business management advisors we have spent the past 10 years developing and testing various management practices and technologies to make it easier for business owners to be more effective in managing their businesses and driving continuous improvements.
Late 2008 we launched ZENBUU, which was a culmination of simplifying worlds' best practice management methods, with all the necessary tools and resources to support business owners and operators implement change.
Our management best practice consists of following a repetitive process every 90-days, and in doing this we are convinced that business owners can successfully drive continuous improvement, and growth in their business. Every 90-days ZENBUU takes you through a process of Reviewing the performance of your business, Planning for change and improvement, and then Acting on implementation. Using our various business diagnostics, planning tools, and knowledge libraries and support resources in a continuous 90-day cycle we know from first-hand experience that business owners are able to drive sustained change and improvement throughout their business. We call this our ZENBUU-90 methodology - and it works!
