Action is where most businesses fail. Often the enormity of the challenge is too great or a lack of knowledge and skills contribute to inaction or delayed action. There are many places to get access to good tools, templates, forms, and the like to help you implement changes in your business. However, the challenge is being experienced enough to know which tool or resource is relevant and of the quality standard that would correctly support you. A case in point is to do a "Google search" on the term "business plan template". You will see that there are more than 2 million hits, or which there are probably more than 500,000 templates that you could choose from. Imagine the time and energy that you would require to shift through this pile of knowledge to find one that is really useful, relevant, and of a high standard!

This is why we, and our ZENBUU partners, have taken the time to source, acquire or build quality templates, tools, forms, checklists and other useful resources to help you implement the actions you set in your 90-day Action Plan. These resources cover all aspects of business, including marketing, finance, operations, trade, sales, strategy, planning and so on.

In all cases, as a subscriber, you have the ability to download any resource and use it for your business. We're even happy if you decide to modify it, rebrand it, and tailor it so that it is more relevant for your business and what you're trying to do. In fact we encourage this!

Forums

Being an owner or operator of a small / medium sized business is often a lonely one. Experience has shown us that business owners and operators really value talking and collaborating with other business owners and operators.
